The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 27, 2013, the Defendant was married to the husband and wife who reported the marriage on March 27, 2013, and was married to his/her husband and wife on February 23, 2016 (27 months at the time). On October 7, 2016, C filed a divorce lawsuit against the Defendant, and on March 30, 2017, the Defendant filed a counterclaim against him/her, and is currently pending in the divorce lawsuit.
After the Defendant started his separate living with C, when it was difficult for his husband to care for his father while living together with C, the Defendant: (a) transferred her husband’s child care system for infants with general dancing childcare system for up to 36 months to 12 hours per day; and (b) transferred her husband’s child care system for children with a maximum of 6 hours per day to 12 hours per day; (c) the Defendant prepared an application form for a system to allow her husband, who is the husband, to use only her husband’s family or job-seeking ground (such as disability, two or more children aged 0-1, pregnancy, one parent, low-income group, grandchildren, hospitalization, etc.) (including disability, one-year old children, two or more, one-year old children, two or more, one-year old children, the lower-income group, and the amount of income necessary to prove the above son’s child care system; (d) however, C prepared an application form for the issuance of national tax in the name of the government office, and did not oppose the application form C.

On July 5, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) stated “C” in the “name” column of “A”, “D”, “E”, “E”, and “resident registration number” column in the “C” column, “G” and “S” column in the “B” column of “B” and “C” and “the date of application” column of “the welfare book” as “the date of July 5, 2016”; and (b) signed the “C” and “C” portion of the power of attorney as “C” and “C” on July 5, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to exercise rights and duties.
