A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for theft of intrusion upon a structure at night at Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and completed the execution of the said sentence on September 25, 2016 at the detention center in Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul).

1. On May 4, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into “E” operated by the victim D in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si; (b) opened and intruded into an unrecepted cell door; and (c) carried cell phones, Nonghyup Credit Card, and driver’s license in an amount equivalent to KRW 340,00,000 at the market price of the victim’s ownership.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the room at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. On May 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) around 03:4, 2018, at the main point of the “G Singish plaza” located in Echeon-si F; (b) even if he was provided with alcoholic beverages, the Defendant: (c) had no intent or ability to pay the amount normally; (d) had the victim’s name-influence employees in a way that would pay the amount normally; and (e) had induced the damaged person’s employees to pay the amount normally; and (e) received the amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000 from the said employee; and (e) paid the amount by using the

In addition, from around that day to around 16:35 of the same day, the Defendant received goods or services equivalent to KRW 3,763,00 in total at 17 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and paid the price by using the credit card in the name of Do, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1) of the above.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims about 17 times, received property or property benefits equivalent to 3,763,000 won in total, and used stolen credit cards.
