Punishment of the crime

1. On October 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a 1102-ro Y-ro 318-ro Y-ro 1102 open a door that is the victim C, the victim C, who was parked in the said parking lot, located at the Haak-ro Y-ro 318, Haak-ro, YA-ro, YA-dong 18; (b) 1, agricultural credit card 1, cash 7,000, Thailand 20 feet (or approximately 640 won in Korean currency); and (c) bubs for men who contain a cab driver’s license.

On October 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) ordered food at H located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on October 18, 2015; (b) presented Samsung Credit Card in the name of Samsung, which was stolen in advance, as prescribed in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant were the lawful holder of the said credit card; (c) received food equivalent to KRW 12,500 from the person who was not injured by the name of the owner of the said restaurant business from the time of receiving food supply of an amount equivalent to KRW 12,50,00 from the date of receiving food supply to October 14:17, 2015.
2. A total of 3,124,330 won, like the description, received property or pecuniary benefits, and used stolen credit cards.
