Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Fraud and Credit-Related Financial Business, purchased tobacco at the Z convenience point operated by the victim Y in X located in Busan Y-gu, Busan Y, and presented that the Defendant was the Defendant’s personal eck card of a new bank that was stolen as indicated in No. 14 of the crime list, and then issued 41,000 won of 41,000 won of the market price from the employee.
