Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B and C special larceny;

A. On April 26, 2015, at around 21:32, the Defendants moved recyclables to the freight (D) driven by Defendant B, including the intermediate collection place of recyclables managed by the Gangdong-gu Office for the victim located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 151-gil 21, and the abolition of the market price of approximately KRW 210,00, the victim owned.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

B. On April 26, 2015, at around 22:10, the Defendants moved recyclables to freight (D) driven by Defendant B, including the intermediate collection place of recyclables managed by Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu 81-ro 26, Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and the abolition of approximately KRW 210 in the market price owned by the victim.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. The theft of Defendant A;

A. On April 12, 2015, at around 20:40, the Defendant transferred recyclables to the freight (E) that the Defendant drives, at the intermediate collection place for recyclables managed by the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu Office for the victim located 60-gil 60, and at approximately KRW 175,00 in the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. On April 12, 2015, at around 20:45, the Defendant transferred recyclables to freight cars (E) that the Defendant drives, such as interim collection places for recyclables managed by the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu Office located in Gangdong-gu (271), and abolitions equivalent to approximately KRW 175 won of the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

C. On April 12, 2015, around 20:47, the Defendant transferred recyclables to the freight (E) that the Defendant drives, at the intermediate collection place of recyclables managed by the victim Gangdong-gu Office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, 197-15, including disuse of approximately KRW 175 won at the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property. D.

On April 12, 2015, the Defendant is managed by the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu Office for Victims located in 191.
