Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in mobile phone sales in Seo-gu B or C, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, and C.

1. Crimes against D;

A. Summary of termination of cellular phone from the victim D who had been a guest in Seo-gu, Seobuk-gu, and C on July 16, 2018

With the recognition of D's resident registration number, the information column for D's application form for D's mobile phone opening (E) F's mobile phone opening, and signed D's "G's date of birth, address, contact address H', contact address H', deposit owner's prior operation, bank account number's prior operation, bank account number', k370B7's name of the device model, serial number'I's signature.

C. Fraud: (a) the Defendant opened a mobile phone without D’s consent; (b) the Defendant, even if opening a mobile phone, did not intend to pay the cost of the mobile phone and the fee for the use of the mobile phone; (c) entices employees in charge of opening the F company by transmitting an application for the purchase of a forged mobile phone to F’s head office; and (d) was given one mobile phone (E) equivalent to KRW 957,000 at the market price on the same day from the victim.

On July 18, 2018, the Defendant was willing to settle small amounts by using a cell phone opened under the victim D’s name.

The defendant paid a total of KRW 500,000,000 on two occasions, which is the mobile phone at K's site, to pay a small sum of KRW 500,000.

2. Crimes against L;

A. On August 2018, the Defendant forged private documents.
