A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 5,00,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2013, the Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act and opened gambling places, from a deceased person’s name, proposed the operation of a private site where the “sports soil”, which is a sports ticket sales website under the National Sports Promotion Act, was shotly offered to him/her, and paid 16 million won to him/her, and acquired C’s operating right, which is an illegal sports soil site, which was established in an irregular manner.

After that, the Defendant sent a large amount of letters on the website and the gold account management, and advertised the above site and raised a sense to directly conduct the business of charging and exchanging game money of its members.

Accordingly, around June 19, 2013, the defendant received KRW 100,000 from D who opened the above site as a member, and deposited KRW 100,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of E, and deposited KRW 100,000,000,000 for cyber money, and caused D to cultivate the success and points of the stable game, and distributed cyber money to D, depending on whether or not it is hostile as a result of the competition, and exchanged it again.

In addition, around July 8, 2013, the Defendant visited F, a text dispatch site, set up 100 cell phone numbers from the above person without the name, and sent the word “C” with the word “C’s change of KRW 30,000 to KRW 30,000 at the time of charging 30,000,000 at the time of charging 10,000 won.”

The Defendant publicizeds the “C” site by transmitting the foregoing letters between July 18, 2013 and August 2013. From June 18, 2013 to September 9, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 64,741,075 in total from 95 gambling visitors to the “C” site and received KRW 64,741,075 in total on 339 occasions from 95 visitors to the “C” site, as shown in the list of crimes (1) in the attached Table, and charged with cyber money, a kind of voting right, and if members predicted the success and points of the stable and camping games, they could not win the results of the games.
