Punishment of the crime

around July 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected to the illegal sports territory site “C” (D) at its home, etc. located in Gwangju Mine-gu B, 103 Dong 1205, Gwangju-gu; (b) deposited KRW 100,00,00 in the accountF of national bank accounts in the name of E, a website operation account; (c) deposited cyber money; and (d) predicted the winning and points of sports games, such as a axis, etc.; and (c) deposited cyber money as a result of the games, and received it again as a result of the games, and received it, from July 25, 2013 to December 20, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 3777 times in total,260,000,000, as shown in attached Table 1, and received property by the said method; and (d) secured property acquisition by the said method.
