Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two and half years, and by imprisonment for a period of six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 2010, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the “E” hotel located in the fourth Sea State of the United States, which was purchased from the U.S., on his name-free U.S., by attaching a fire to one of the two parts of the hemp tobacco purchased from the U.S., (including the paper paper of the tobacco, and made it like the tobacco pattern; hereinafter the same shall apply).

B. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a “F” hotel located in California of the United States, California, and in a way of smoking it by attaching a fire to one of three marijuana tobacco purchased from a U.S., called “G”, and attaching a smoke to one of three marijuana tobacco purchased from a U.S., called “G.”

C. The Defendant is against L.A. State’s L. State’s L.A. State’s L. State’s port in California.

After concealing two of three marijuana tobacco purchased as stated in paragraph (1), the aircraft was boarded and arrived at the Incheon Central Airport in Jung-gu, Incheon on June 27, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana. D.

The defendant, on July 2013, at the home of the defendant, who is located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul H building 905 Dong 2202, from Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu.

As stated in the foregoing paragraph, marijuana was smoked in such a way that the smoke would spread together with B by attaching a fire to one of the two sealed marijuana tobaccos.

E. On July 2013, the Defendant is at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul H building 905 Dong 2202, and is above C.

As stated in paragraph (1), marijuana was smoked in such a way that the smoke was cut by attaching a fire to one of the two smuggling of the sealed tobacco.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 2010, the Defendant: (a) at the hotel of “E” located in the fourth Sea State of the United States of the Republic of Korea, and (b) at the hotel of “E”; and (c) 1-A of women from A.

As in the same paragraph, the hemp tobacco purchased was smoked in such a way that the smoke was fested by collecting one of two marijuana tobacco and attaching a fire.

B. The Defendant is at the Seongbuk-gu Seoul H building 905 Dong 2202, supra, on July 2013.
