On July 19, 2017, around 22:42, the Defendant driven a C golf vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 50 meters in the vicinity of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government front road, with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of 0.185%.
