On September 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a B Benz C200K car at approximately 300 meters away from the front road in the vicinity of the shooting distance in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the 24-ro 24-gil, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% during blood around 08:46.
