Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2017, at around 03:35, the Defendant driven a motor kick, a bicycle, a motor device under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1.5km alcohol concentration of about 0.09% from the front Do to the road of the same 114-day old-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
