Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those who are engaged in driving of BT car.
On July 16, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from 15:00, and proceeded at a speed that would not be known by one-lane of the first two-lanes from the Jinri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si.
At that time, since there was a center line of yellow-ray, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the entire city and to safely operate the tea.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim E (the 51 year old) who was driving by the injured party C (the 53 years old) on the right side of the Dropis vehicle operated by the injured party C (the 53 years old) to have the upper part of the Dropis vehicle left side of the above mountain tafs vehicle, and took the impact on the injured party C and the above Dropis vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in other parts of the elbow part requiring treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence as above, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in other parts of the elbow part requiring treatment for about two weeks, and damaged the repair cost of the above lux vehicle to cover KRW 5,941,728.
2. On July 16, 2014, at around 15:00 on July 16, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a vehicle with approximately 400 meters up to 61 meters on the roads in front of the Hyundai Amsan Station located in the Seocho-gun of the Gangwon-do, the Seocho-do, which is located in the first place of the GGG, in front of the GGG, in the middle of the KGG.
