A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

For military training or the guard of military bases, no operation shall be conducted on the sea north of the East Sea Line (the intersecting point of the coast line of the parallel of latitude 38° 33°09.83＇N and the coast line of the Jinsung-gun of Gangwon-do, the intersecting point of the coast line of the Jinjin-ri, the parallel of lat. 38°33°09.83＇N, the parallel of latitude 132°34°34°58＇N).

Nevertheless, at around 04:35 on June 24, 2018, the Defendant, on board a ship at a low-level fishing ground (a fishing ground that can fish a fish mooring line, only from April 1 to December 31, 201) located on the west-gun, Gangwon-gun, with the captain of a coastal net fishing vessel B (4.85 tons) located on the west-gun, Gangwon-gun, with the boarding of the ship at the coastwise 1,945 meters north of the fishing line, 38:34 minutes in north latitude, 92 meters away from the boundary line north of the low-do fishing ground, 38:65 seconds in north latitude, east 128:25 minutes east, east 125 minutes east, and 45.05 minutes east-do 125 minutes east-do.
