Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendant is a member of a “D Golf club” in Class C.

1. At around October 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:30, the instant golf club EF course 2 holes; (b) the victim F (n) who is the cause of the game’s aid (n’t, 27 years of age) “Isl’s sl’s sl’ss sl’ at the night

2. 피고인은 2014. 3. 30. 13:30 경 제 1 항과 같은 장소 G 코스 14번 홀에서 경기 보조원인 피해자 H( 여, 28세) 가 운전하는 카트에 승차 하여 다른 홀로 이동하는 과정에서 손으로 피해자의 등과 엉덩이를 만지고, 4번 홀에서 두 번째 샷을 하기 위해 피해자가 운전하는 카트에 승차 하여 이동하던 중 손으로 피해자의 등과 엉덩이를 만지고, 계속하여 8번 홀 그린에서 피해자의 어깨에 손을 올려놓고 만져 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

3. 피고인은 2015. 2. 22. 13:00 경 제 1 항과 같은 장소 E 코스 12번 홀에서 두 번째 샷을 하기 위해 경기 보조원인 피해자 I( 여, 24세) 가 운전하는 카트에 승차 하여 이동하는 과정에서 손으로 피해자의 허벅지와 엉덩이를 만지고, 13번 홀에서 피해 자가 피고인에게 골프클럽을 전달해 주자 피해자에게 “ 네 가슴보다 내 배가 더 많이 나 왔다 ”라고 하며 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 만지고, 계속하여 피고인에게 퍼터를 전달해 주려고 하자 양손으로 피해자의 얼굴을 잡고 키스를 하려고 하여 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

4. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant was on board a cart operated by the Victim J (V, 20 years of age) which is sports assistant personnel at GY No. 12 at the same place as that set forth in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) on April 16, 2016.
