On November 2, 2016, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution for larceny in Seoul Eastern District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 10, 2016 and is still under suspended execution.

1. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steal money and valuables on three occasions from around 10:00 to October 27, 2017, by discovering the keys of the Victim F, located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to find the entrance, open the entrance, and drive the door, and colors the stolen articles, but the Defendant attempted to steals money and valuables on three occasions in total from around 2017 to around 27, 2017.

3. On November 17, 2017, around 09:09, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of another person seven times in total from July 29, 2017 to November 17, 2017, including opening a door and going into a door by using the keys the victim put on the front door of the entrance door to the place where the victim goes to work. The Defendant infringed on the residence of another person seven times in total from July 29, 2017 to November 17, 2017.
