A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, on August 2016, through October 10, 2016, served as an employee at the victim B’s head office operated by the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “D”), was aware of the fact that the victim and the employees of the said store were placed in a auxiliary warehouse located adjacent to the store outside of the store, the key of the entrance at the time of the closure of the said store’s business, the victim and the employees were stored in the auxiliary warehouse located adjacent to the store, and that only the victim and the employees were released from the warehouse locks with the password.
From around 04:00 to around 06:00 on November 12, 2016, the Defendant opened the locks of the above warehouse with a password and removed the keys of the door door of the store opened by the damaged party inside the said gate, and opened the above gate using the said keys and opened the gate and opened cash 2.80,000 won in the said gate, and cut off, from that time until December 25, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the building at night by the above method, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 468,80,000 in total, from that time until December 25, 2016.

From March 2017, the Defendant had been working in the “G” house operated by the victim E in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and the first floor from March 2017 to the present day, and the victim and the employees of the said store knew in advance that the key of the store entrance is stored in the lower crepans below the entrance door at the time of the closure of the said store’s business.
On April 2017, from around 04:00 to around 05:00, the Defendant laid off the key of the above store entrance in the cresh below the window of the above store entrance, and opened the above store entrance by using the said key, and opened the bank entrance and intrudes into the said store entrance, and opened the 200,000 won in cash in the said place.
