Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, Defendant B, and D, “2019No330” made false certificates of employment, salaries, financial transaction statements, etc. of those wishing to borrow through search of the Internet site and offered them to loan applicants by submitting them to financial institutions.
1. On March 2019, Defendant A, B, and D forged Private Document Forgery of Defendant A, and D obtained each identification card necessary for the preparation of a false identification certificate from “F” located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was recruited by Defendant A, B, and D, and then sent the photograph to the said person without the name of the deceased (hereinafter “Kakao A”).
At that time, the above-mentioned person made a certificate of employment and a statement of salary under the name of J Co., Ltd. with respect to the fact that G is receiving benefits while working for J Co., Ltd. using the personal information recorded in G's identification card received from D at that time, and attached the seal of K representative director of J Co., Ltd. to the above certificate of employment and the statement of salary, respectively, and G was paid 2.5 million won monthly salary from J Co., Ltd. to the L bank account in its name.
B. The above person who was unaware of his name made the certificate of employment and the statement of wages under the name of M corporation M with the fact that H was receiving wages by using the personal information recorded in H’s identification card received from D around that time, and then made the above certificate and the statement of wages, respectively, and made the list of entry and withdrawal statements in the name of M corporation M with the seal of N’s representative director, and H made the statement of the details of transactions in the name of L corporation M with the fact that H was receiving wages of 2.5 million won per month from M corporation with its L account.
