Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works in the painting book of "C" in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

At around 13:50 on July 6, 2015, the Defendant failed to operate preventive facilities when he/she operates emission facilities, with an installation of an emission facility, from the outside of the said place of business, which is neither a painting nor a strawing facility.
