【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant alleged that: (a) on August 11, 2012, the Defendant habitually violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and (b) around 12:40 on August 11, 2012, when he destroyed and damaged the entrance kacks of the victim D located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, and intrudes into the above residence plan; (c) 98,000 won in cash and two keys to the vehicle owned by the victim; and (d) 1,200,000 won in the market price; and (e) from around that time to May 20, 2013, the Defendant did not sell 30,000 won in cash among the damaged items; (e) the Defendant did not have been aware of the 11,300,000 won in cash among the damaged items; and (e) the victim did not have been aware of the 1,300,000 won in cash.
