A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) attempted to steals smartphones, etc. from persons passing along with E, by means of retailing methods, and attempted to commit a mixed crime when E does not participate.

Around 15:00 on February 16, 2014, the Defendant and E discovered the victim F at the bus stops located in the Daegu Eastdong-gu Seoul metropolitan bus stops, and E, with winding from side, scattered the victim's attention, and the Defendant, after approaching the victim, stolen the victim's hand in cash and 100,000 won in cash and three credit cards.
