A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution in Busan District Court due to fraud, etc., and on February 12, 2016, the above judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspended execution.

[Criminal facts] Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mept ambane (hereinafter “Handphone”) as follows, which is a local mental medicine.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 5, 2017, around 02:18, the Defendant remitted KRW 401,00 to the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of G used by a non-filphone seller at a F branch located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around that time, the Defendant sought KRW 401,00,00.

B. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 from the above F point to the account in the name of G used by the insularphone seller at the above F point, and around that time, the Defendant sought 0.5g of philophones in the first column of I underground commercial buildings located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H.

On May 13, 2017, the Defendant sent an amount of KRW 400,000 to the sales of the scopphones using K as a bitcoon, around 15:41 on May 13, 2017, at around 16:50 on May 14, 2017, the Defendant sought 0.5g opphones from the bottom of the signboard located on the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan L.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones over three times.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant put in the philophone 0.5g g, purchased as set forth in the above 1-A, in the NV parked in the Gangnam-gu Seoul MM parking lot, and inhaled the smoke thereof.

B. On January 10, 2017, around 13:00 to 14:00, the Defendant inhaled the instant 1-B 0.5g philop 0.5g, purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph, within the NV parked on the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City OO.
