A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The amount of KRW 600,00 shall be collected from the defendant and the amount equivalent to the additional collection charge shall be paid provisionally.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 27, 2016 and two years of suspended execution for October 3, 2016, which became final and conclusive on November 3, 2016.

[Criminal facts] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metrophographs (copon, copon, hereinafter “coponphones”) of a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant purchased 400,000 won from D’s hotel rooms located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to E, and 0.5g opphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off approximately 0.06g of philophone-phones owned by the Defendant along with H on the gambling site at G telephones located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (b) laid off and inhales the smoke caused by heating the rackter by H.

B. On December 30, 2016, the Defendant, at the J-based hotel room located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu I, offered approximately 0.06g of philophones possessed by the Defendant together with H, and inhaled with H in the same manner as paragraph (a).

On February 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid off approximately 0.2g of D hotel 307 in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, along with H, a crophone, which was purchased with paragraph (1), on the gambling ground; and (b) laid off a smoke that occurs by heating the string in a crops; and (c) H and inhaled with the crops, using a string machine made by sticking the string in a crops.

around February 26, 2017, the Defendant, at the passenger room in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, H along with H. Around February 26, 2017, approximately 0.3g of philophones remaining after medication as stated in paragraph (c). In the same way, the Defendant h and inhaled them.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones more than four times.
