Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the B Co., Ltd. located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and Defendant B Co., Ltd is a corporation established to produce industrial valves due to main works.

1. A person discharging industrial wastes shall dispose of wastes directly generated from his/her place of business, or entrust the disposal to a person who has obtained permission for his/her waste disposal business, a reporter of waste disposal, or a person who installs and operates

Nevertheless, at around December 6, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; and (b) around December 6, 201, the fact was disposed of by means of reclaiming to D, which was permitted to dispose of only waste waste gas stations, because the waste gas station discharged from B (State) and the chemical substance station discharged from gas-type public law using CO2. Thus, the waste collection and transportation business entity could not dispose of waste gas stations; (c) however, the Defendant did not dispose of waste waste gas stations by means of reclaiming to B, which is located in the former YF, through the F in the Waste Collection and Transportation Business Co., Ltd., Ltd., and transported 19,210kgg of waste gas stations to B (N).

From that time until September 9, 2015, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, dealt with approximately KRW 7,255,340 g in total, on 344 occasions, without obtaining permission to dispose of the owner of the waste gas at the chemical shop (such as the list of crimes).

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. caused A to commit the same act of violation as described in paragraph 1 at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 1.
