Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected on March 11, 2015 as a candidate for the C livestock cooperative in the election of the head of the Dong-si National Livestock Cooperative.

No one shall visit each elector for an election campaign, and only a candidate may conduct an election campaign from the day from the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates to the day preceding the election day, and no one shall conduct an election campaign during the election campaign period (from February 26, 2015 to March 10, 2015, in cases of the first national simultaneous election) unless the election campaign period (from February 26, 2015 to March 10, 2015, in cases of the first national simultaneous election), and a candidate may conduct an election campaign only by directly providing an elector with a name card for an election campaign with a length of 9 centimeters or less and 5 centimeters at a public place where many people pass and gather or

Nevertheless, at around 19:52 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant posted a phone call to G (H) (E) (a member of the Korea Livestock Industry Cooperative that resides in F apartment 101-406 with its own cell phone (E) and carried out an election campaign at a time other than the election campaign period by requesting one’s support from the head of the Korea Livestock Industry Cooperative to engage in an election campaign at a time other than the election campaign period. From around that time to January 2015, the Defendant carried out an election campaign in violation of the method of distributing the name cards during the election campaign period.
