In light of the records, it is justifiable that the court below determined that the disposition of this case was lawful on the ground that there is no proximate causal relation between the accident of this case and the plaintiff's business, after compiling the adopted evidence and finding facts as stated in its reasoning.

There is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal doctrine on proximate causal relation.
