Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(Criminal Power) On April 11, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the branch court of Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 1, 2018.

1. Interference with business;
A. On November 27, 2018, at around 23:39, the Defendant: (a) inflicted damage on the victim C (the 56-year-old) of Echeon-si B and the 1st underground floor by failing to take a trial fee and make accounts on the customers; (b) caused the victim not to sell alcohol to the Defendant; and (c) caused the victim’s voice that the customer would not sell alcohol; and (d) caused the customer’s voice that “the customer would be unable to engage in funeral services,” while the customer is in existence, and the customer singing the micros of the customers who sing the singing on the stage, and intending to sing the customers to sing, “I would die, I will die, I will die.” D) by force, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by abusing the disturbance of approximately 17 minutes.
B.
