1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 361,303,374 and the above amount of KRW 299,067,742 from September 3, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Description of Claim

Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Act on the Claim for Payment (amended by Service by Public Notice) Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the same Act of the Republic of Korea shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Plaintiff’s outstanding principal and interest of loans (amended by Service on November 12, 2013, principal and interest amount of KRW 299,067,742, interest amount of KRW 62,235,632 as of November 12, 2013) against the Defendant who was transferred before November 2, 2013.
