[Criminal Power] On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 11, 2013 and completed the execution of the said sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around May 31, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter “I sell 3DS, not,” “I will send money to the victim C who contacted with it.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 100,000 from the victim to the agricultural bank account of the Defendant on the same day.

2. Around July 21, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter “I will sell 3DS, not,” on the NAV, which reads “I will send the things upon deposit of money.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 90,00 from the victim to the agricultural bank account of the Defendant on the same day.

3. Around September 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) written the victim E on the NAV Liber, stating that “The Defendant would purchase the dynamicly Hangul-making software of the Psvita Island; and (b) contacted the victim with the victim, and concluded that “I would send the said software if sending the money.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 45,00 won from the victim to the agricultural bank account of the Defendant on the same day.
