Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 21, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice to the “BF PC bank located in Osan-si,” stating that the Defendant “to sell smartphones” by accessing the Internet NAVVVanda car page, and then received 400,000 won from the victim who believed that “to send the purchase price to BG,” and received money from BH’s national bank account (BI) in the name of BH.

In spite of the absence of intent or ability to sell the goods, the Defendant posted a letter "BJ" on February 4, 2014 on Internet NAVVER 1:1 hosting NAV 1:100,000 won to a new bank account (BL) in the name of A, thereby deceiving the victim BK to sell the books to 100,000 won.

Around March 9, 2014, the Defendant posted a false letter, “W.zago 10d sales 10d sales w.0d sales w..0d sales w.0d sales w.0d sales w.0d sales .........” The Defendant sent money to the Saemaul Depository “BN” if the Defendant sent money to “WN”.

‘The words ‘FIE' were false.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the goods normally even after receiving the contract price for the goods.

As above, the Defendant acquired financial benefits by receiving KRW 200,000 from the said community credit cooperative account by deceiving the victim.

On February 4, 2014, the Defendant, “2015 High 128,” by deceiving the victims as if he had sold 3dsxl games with the beginning of the victim’s BO using smartphone-based NA-holding display, and deceiving them as if they were the Defendant and the victim were remitted KRW 186,00 to BL of the new bank account that he had caused to the Defendant, thereby deceiving the victims as shown in the attached list of crimes.
