Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 12, 2016.
