A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

All of the applicants' applications for compensation are dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

From January 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13 successful bidders from around 2011 to around 13, 2018 (the first sequence, the Defendant received the total amount of the successful bid price that was not deducted by interest; and (b) from the second sequence, a member who received the highest interest from the second sequence, received the successful bid price and received the successful bid price in the last sequence, and did not deduct interest; and (c) the successful bidder in the said sequence was not open to the public, and there was no special occupation and property at the time (M, one N) operated the same amount of the successful bid price as that of the previous week.

When the Defendant borrowed personal money from around 2013 to the members of the fraternity, on the ground that some of the members of the fraternity do not pay the advance payment, etc., and should pay the advance payment to the members of the fraternity, the Defendant: (a) organized several systems in order; (b) paid the advance payment or borrowed money from the fraternity; and (c) failed to pay the advance payment to the members of the fraternity, who became the order, on the date of successful tender, the Defendant: (d) provided the 15-month unit in lieu of paying the successful tender payment; or (e) provided the 14-month unit in order to pay the advance payment to the members of the other fraternity; or (e) by using the characteristics of the successful bid system where it is difficult to find that the remaining members of the fraternity other than the Defendant receive the advance payment, and (e) paid the advance payment to the members of the same fraternity in 10-month unit 25-month unit 14-month unit 160-month unit 20-month unit 14-month unit 160-month unit 20.
