The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment imposed by the court below (ten months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but in full view of the various circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant's profits acquired from the crime of this case are not significant, it is not recognized that the punishment imposed by the court below is too unreasonable, and the above argument by the defendant is groundless.

Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
