The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The gist of the defendant's appeal is that the punishment imposed by the court below (ten months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but the defendant has a history of punishment for the same kind of crime, the majority of the victims and the amount obtained by deceit, and the restoration of damage was not made. In full view of the various circumstances that are the conditions of sentencing in this case, it is deemed that the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable because the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the above argument by the defendant is groundless.

Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
