The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment imposed by the court below (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but the above argument by the defendant is without merit, in full view of various circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant committed a crime during the period of repeated crime and the defendant did not recover from damage even though the amount acquired by deception was not much significant.

Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
