1. 피고인은 2017. 12. 4. 경 스마트 폰 어 플인 위챗을 통해 대포 통장 모집 책인 대화명 ‘C ’으로부터 ‘D 명의 체크카드를 수거하라’ 는 지시를 받고, 그 무렵 불상지에서 D를 만 나 퀵 서비스 기사를 사칭하여 D 명의의 한국 시티은행 계좌 (E) 와 연결된 통장 및 체크카드와 제주은행 계좌 (F) 와 연결된 통장 및 체크카드를 건네받아 위 모집 책이 지시한 인천 연수구 함박마을에 있는 번지 불상의 우편함에 위 체크카드 2매를 넣고 오는 방법으로 위 모집 책에게 전달하고, 위 모집 책으로부터 그 대가로 5만원을 피고인 명의의 계좌로 송금 받았다.

2. 피고인은 2017. 12. 22. 10:56 경 위챗을 통해 위 ‘C ’으로부터 ‘G 명의 체크카드를 수거하라’ 는 지시를 받고, 같은 날 12:10 경 그 지시에 따라 서울 용산구 효창원로 154에 있는 KB 국민은행 앞에서 G을 만 나 퀵 서비스 기사를 사칭하여 G 명의의 신한 카드 (H) 1매를 건네받아 피고인의 I 포르테 승용차에 보관하였다.
