Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2018, at around 21:19, the Defendant called “C” restaurant located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant reported 112 that the Defendant does not calculate food costs, and called “the victim E (the age of 44) who is a police officer belonging to the D District Unit of the Suwon-gu Police Station D District Unit of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the Defendant sent out after receiving a 112 report that the Defendant would not calculate food costs” refers to “sicks” in the process of hearing C business owners F and the above C customers’ name in bad names. On the same day, around 21:25 of the same day, the Defendant continued to listen to the D belt located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant called “Woos, dead, and Ba.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
