A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Hazardous Driving) on the three-lane road in front of C in Gangnam-si B, Gangnam-si, the Defendant was negligent in driving D if he or she was negligent in driving in the front direction while driving Droper vehicle while he or she was unable to drive normally due to influence of drinking. On the part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle in front of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, while driving Droper vehicle in the same direction while he or she was under a stop for signal waiting at one-lane in the same direction, the lower part of E (Wrop, 55 years old)’s driving on the right side of HK7 of the victim G (70 years old) who was under a stop for signal waiting at two-lanes in the same direction.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, suffered from the injury of the victim E, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of a two-day medical treatment, and the injury of the victim G and K7 vehicle I (V, 39 years old) in need of a two-day medical treatment.

2. Defendant 1 driven a D-do motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.106% from the 5km section of approximately 5km to the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) on the road in the city of Gangseo-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Seogdong-gu, Seogdong-si, Sugdong-si, and the place indicated in the above paragraph (1).
