Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

1. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the foregoing cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.137% in the section of about 3km from the front side of a furniture factory where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Jin-Eup, Jin-si at Min-si at Min-si to the present elementary school located in 623 at the same time, from the front side of a household factory where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the city of Jin-si at Min-si at Min-si to the present elementary school in the same city.

2. Ultimately, the Defendant driven the above cargo in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and suffered injury such as salt ties and tensions to the above victim C, and injury to the victim G (the 18 years old), who was on the back seat of the above taxi, in need of approximately two-day medical treatment, and suffered injury such as chills and tensions that require approximately two-day medical treatment.
