A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Track car.

1. 2. Defendant 1 driven a Track vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.187% from the 1km section from the 44 km-si, the Sinung-si, which is the day indicated in the above paragraph (1) to the said C-Road.
