A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 18:00 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant issued and received approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, to D free of charge, at D’s residence located in D’ dormitory located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” in the “C” dormitory located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
B. On July 24, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3 g of psychotropic drugs from E, in cash, 200,000 won in the number strawing car, which was on the street prior to the “Smuggling Station” located in the center of the 62-ro Manyang-ro, Manyang-ro, Manyang-ro, E, and purchased approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs.
C. At around 18:00 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant, at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a), administered the psychotropic drug in a way that flusium 0.04g in a single clusium, dlusium, dlusium, dlusium, dlusium, dlusium, dlusium, and dlusium into its left knife. (4) around 19:00 on July 27, 2014, the Defendant administered them by inserting approximately 0.13g of psychotropic drugs purchased in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, such as the foregoing paragraph (b) in a single-use crop, which was in possession of approximately 0.13g of water, by inserting them into his own left part, and inserting them into a knife.
