Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

1. Medication of phiphones;

C. At around 06:30 of the above day, the Defendant, at the above time, injected once by inserting the philophone trade in which the Defendant was in possession of the Defendant at the above location into a injection machine, dilution, and injection into the Defendant’s right arms.

2. Around 00:00 on November 25, 2018, the Defendant provided 00:0 to F with approximately 0.05g (one-time medication) of philopon in the trade name “E” located in Chungcheongbuk-gun D.

3. On November 15, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.03g of philophones into a single-use safeguard unit with H in a single-use safeguard unit, and dilution them into one-time safeguard unit, respectively.

4. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On August 16, 2018, the Defendant purchased phiphones, around 13:46, August 16, 2018, issued cash of KRW 300,000 to K within the same K’s volume of XG car parked in front of J located in Daegu-gu I, Daegu-gu, and phiphones.
