1. The plaintiff (appointed party)'s appeal is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. From March 201, the Plaintiff and the selector of the party (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) have resided in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) D from March 201.

The Defendant resided in the instant apartment E from 2013 to 2014, while serving as the Dong representative and technical director of the instant apartment council from 2015 to 2016, and served as the Dong representative of the instant apartment council from 2015 to 2016.
