Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On July 2012, the Defendant: around 03:0, at the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cirlance Control Center, opened non-refilable doors and locked, and committed an indecent act by force by force by the victim D (the age of 63).
