A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;
A. At around 03:00 on December 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio Cudio A 109-dong 109 (the age of 22) with the face, and intrudes upon the victim’s residence; (b) opened a studio with the string door; and (c) opened the string door to the victim’s residence; and (d) opened the string door to the victim’s string, with the string door to the victim’s bridge, and divided the victim’s bridge to the victim’s one’s one’s one’s one’s one, putting the victim’s hand into the victim’s one’s panty line; and (d) committed similar rape by inserting the victim’s hand into the victim’s one’s panty line.
B. On December 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on December 22, 2013, when the Cudio A208 (at the age of 24 years) was in front of the home of the victim E (the 24 years of age) as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a), followed the Plaintiff’s face and opened a string door, and intrudes on the victim’s residence; (b) the victim who was divingd was frighted by the shoulderer or the victim’s hand, thereby committing an indecent act by coercioning the victim by force.
C. On April 3, 2014, around 06:06, the Defendant opened a studio Fudio A, 103, the victim G, and intruded into the victim G’s residence. At this point, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim Ha (the victim Ha, 21 years of age) who was able to resist due to the victim Ha’s h (the victim h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h
2. Intrusion upon residence;
A. At around 02:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant intrudes into the studio B-dong building, where the studio in front of the cudio set forth in the above paragraph 1-A, and enters the building for the purpose of forcibly committing an indecent act against women in front of the cudio B-dong building where the studio was not locked, and the victim I (n, 20 years of age) opened the 103 entrance, and opened the cudio budio, which is the residence of many victims, including the above I, and the stairs, corridor, etc. of the cudio B-dong building.
