Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food and Agriculture, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, in June 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Director of the Department of Food and Agriculture for Agriculture and Food for Police, performed a ice construction work outside the agriculture promotion area in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, 924 square meters, and diverted the said farmland to the storage of container container.
