A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the close of the victim C (Y, 15 years of age), D (n, 14 years of age), E (n, 11 years of age), and the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu Seo-gu F, Daegu-gu, had been living together with the victims.
