1. The Defendant’s KRW 11,250,00 for Plaintiff A and its related costs from May 15, 2014; and KRW 17,250,000 for Plaintiff B and its related costs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant, who entered into an insurance contract, concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiffs as a person operating the insurance business.
(hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”). (1) The name of the Plaintiff A’s goods: the insurance period of the Plaintiff A(C) General Insurance Contract: from October 29, 2008 to October 29, 2061: KRW 15 million for cancer diagnosis expenses.
(2) The name of the Plaintiff B (B) product: the Plaintiff’s successful new insurance (B) insurance period from July 29, 2009 to July 29, 2087: Major guaranteed contents (d) from July 29, 2009 to July 29, 20 million won for cancer diagnosis expenses and three million won for cancer surgery;
(zb) pay 20 per cent of the subscription amount in the case of Aprypamam, sypumam, sypamumam, and sypamalalam;
On March 24, 2014, Plaintiff A received an operation and diagnosis with respect to the Plaintiffs (1) on March 24, 2014, a final diagnosis of the following: (a) Plaintiff A received an operation and diagnosis of the Plaintiffs: (b) the eropicing of the upper line, the eropicing of the upper line at the center of both sides, the eropicing of the upper line; (c) the left-hand eropicing of the upper line; and (d) the A upper line cancer (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C7.0); and (c) the eropic of the e
(2) On March 20, 2014, Plaintiff B received a final diagnosis on both sides of Party A’s upper ray control and a light-line cleaning on the boundary line, and the left-hand-hand cream-line cleaning at the Gangnam Synish Hospital. On March 24, 2014, Plaintiff B received a final diagnosis of “Apamam (Korean Standard Disease Classification C73),” “C7.0” (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C7.0).
C. (1) The provisions pertaining to the definition of “Ampirance” and “Ampiranceam” that are at issue in each insurance contract of this case are as follows.
1. The term "cancer" means a disease [Attachment 10] classified as a malicious life ( cancer) in the basic classification of the 5th Korean Standard Disease Classification.
