1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 23,100,00 for Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 22,400,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) for each said money, from March 11, 2015 to March 2015.
Reasons
1. The fact of recognition is that: (a) the policyholder: (b) the insured of Plaintiff A-B for a long time for non-distribution of the name-free cancer insurance policy; (c) the insured of Plaintiff A-B; (d) the Plaintiff A-beneficiary A-B insurance coverage period from March 18, 201 to March 18, 205; (e) the major coverage cancer diagnosis expenses of KRW 30 million from March 11, 2010 to March 11, 2076; and (e) the total amount of subscription fees of KRW 50,000 at the time of diagnosis and confirmation of cancer (up to less than the past one year) during the insurance period (up to 30% at the time of diagnosis and confirmation of the purchase amount of KRW 30,00 won at the time of diagnosis and determination of cancer (up to 50% at the first time); and (e) the total amount of purchase fees at the time of diagnosis and determination of KRW 200,000 at the first time of cancer.

On November 29, 2013, Plaintiff A received a final diagnosis of the Plaintiffs’ A upper ray cancer and C73(Korean Standard Disease Classification No. 377.9) and Cympiam cancer (Korean Standard Disease Classification No. 377.9) in the Symna University Sym Hospital of the Generation of the Republic of Korea, after receiving a crym crym crym cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp cryp c.
(2) On August 12, 2014, Plaintiff B received the final diagnosis of 'Athropical crypism and crypism in Daegu University Hospital’, “Korean Standard Disease Classification C73 (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C77.0)’ and 'Athropical crypism (Korean Standard Disease Classification Number C77.0)’.
C. The Defendant paid the insurance money to the Plaintiffs, each of which is nine million won for each diagnosis of the Plaintiffs according to each of the terms and conditions of the instant case (i.e., KRW 30 million x 30%), 90,000 won for Plaintiff A, (i.e., KRW 3 million x 30%) for Plaintiff B, and 60,000 won for Plaintiff B (=2 million won x 30%) for Plaintiff B.
