1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:
A. Each description in the separate sheet of equity among the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list of real estate.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese Occupation Period, I have the address in Suwon-gun H in relation to the Suwon-gun F. 2,187 (hereinafter “F land before the instant subdivision”) and the Suwon-gun G G 1,842 (hereinafter “instant G land before the instant subdivision”).
B. From the F land before the instant partition on August 15, 1961 (the date on which the area was corrected by reflecting the division of land in the form of the J and K’s land cadastre), each real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table Nos. 1 of the real estate list (hereinafter “the real estate listed in Paragraph 1 of the attached Table Nos. 1” and the real estate listed in Paragraph 2 “instant No. 2”) was divided and land category was changed. The owner of each of the above real estate was not restored from each land cadastre on July 12, 1996, and the Defendant was registered as the owner on each land cadastre on August 1, 1996, and each of the above real estate was registered as the owner on each land cadastre No. 83043, Jun. 1, 1996.
C. On December 30, 1960 from G land before the instant partition to December 30, 1960 (the date on which L land was divided) the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 (hereinafter “third land”). The land category was divided and land category was changed. Accordingly, the owner on the land cadastre was not restored on October 16, 1987, and the Defendant was registered as the owner on the land cadastre, and the registration of ownership was made under the name of the Defendant under Article 77469 of the receipt of the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch Support.
The defendant occupies and uses each real estate listed in the attached list of real estate before the date of registration of preservation of ownership.
E. Meanwhile, MN died on September 10, 1920, and MN became a sole heir, who is a lineal descendant.
